Terms of Service
Hyperverse owns and operates the hyperverse.sh website, asset catalog and arenas catalog.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using hyperverse.sh (“the Site”), requesting an Asset or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you agree on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Our Asset License, at hyperverse.sh/license, sets what you may do with the Assets we deliver. Words defined there mean the same here.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and the catalog for free. Please don’t copy the site’s content, scrape the catalog in bulk, interfere with how the site works, or send us false details.
The images, clips, descriptions and previews on the site belong to us or our licensors and are for viewing here. Buying an Asset doesn’t give you rights in its catalog page.
3. Requests and orders
A request from the site isn’t an order. When you request an Asset, we reply with a quote: the price, the files and formats, the simulator it is prepared for, and when we deliver.
An order exists once you accept our quote in writing, and email counts. Custom and generated Assets are always quoted first. We may decline any request.
4. Prices, invoices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise. They don’t include VAT or other taxes, which we add where the law requires.
We invoice when you accept the quote, unless it says otherwise, and invoices are due within 30 days. If a payment is late, we may hold further Deliveries until it arrives.
5. Delivery
We deliver Assets by email or download link, on the date in the quote. Download links may expire, so keep your own copy. If you lose your files, ask us and we will do our best to send them again.
6. Faulty Assets and refunds
An Asset is faulty if:
- its files are corrupted or won’t open in the simulator named in the quote;
- it lacks collision geometry or physics parameters that its catalog page or quote describes; or
- it differs materially from that description.
Tell us within 30 days of Delivery, with what you saw. Screenshots, logs or a short video help. We fix or replace the Asset first. If we can’t deliver a working fix within 14 days of your report, we refund what you paid for that Asset, and your license to it ends.
We don’t refund for a change of mind, or for a simulator or pipeline not named in the quote. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Material you send us
When you send us photos, videos, prompts, CAD files or other material to build an Asset, you confirm you have the right to share it and to let us use it for your order. We use it only to build and support your Asset, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Please don’t send material showing third-party brands, logos or characters unless you have the rights to it.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site, our Assets or our services to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or in breach of export control or sanctions laws, including for weapons development.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it always will be.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
10. Privacy
How we handle the details you give us is set out in our Privacy notice at hyperverse.sh/privacy.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply to orders made after that date. A contract signed by both of us prevails over these Terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms or an order: contact@hyperverse.sh.
