Cables, wires and hoses
A deformable, branched automotive wire harness with connectors, clips and tape, modeled as a network of elastic rods for EV and auto harness routing and clipping.
Also called wiring harness, wiring loom, cable harness or cable assembly.
Elastic rod
Delivered as USD for NVIDIA Isaac Sim

We model the harness as a branched rod network: a trunk that splits into three to five branches at taped junctions. Each branch has its own radius and stiffness, since a branch with more wires is stiffer, and the junctions carry the extra stiffness that tape adds.
Connectors and clips are hand-modeled rigid bodies placed at their true positions along the branches. Clips have the arrow-head geometry that snaps into a panel hole, so routing and clipping tasks can be scripted end to end.
One USD file per variant, with the render mesh, the simulation geometry and a physics material bound to it. Every value is set and named, so you can open it in NVIDIA Isaac Sim and run your task, or read the numbers into your own solver from the material JSON.

Questions
Yes. Send us the harness drawing or a few photos and we set the branch count, lengths, connector types and clip positions to match.
It ships as USD for NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Newton. We also deliver MJCF for MuJoCo and Genesis, a GLB mesh, and a JSON file with every material value.
Yes. Send us a sample, a drawing or a few photos and we set size, stiffness and friction to match your part.
Choose your simulator, format and variant, then tell us where to send it. We prepare the files and email them to you.
