How is the fiber connector cleaner modeled?
The housing, nose and reels are separate rigid bodies with collision meshes that keep the narrow nose, so it reaches into a connector the way the real tool does.
Pressing the lever drives the gears and advances the cleaning tape from one reel to the other. The lever is a spring-loaded joint and the reels are revolute joints coupled by the gear ratio.

What ships in the USD?
One USD file per variant, with the render mesh, the simulation geometry and a physics material bound to it. Every value is set and named, so you can open it in NVIDIA Isaac Sim and run your task, or read the numbers into your own solver from the material JSON.
