Sim-ready assembly parts: peg in hole, fasteners, connectors and valves

Assembly tasks live or die on clearances. A convex approximation of a hole closes it up, and the peg never goes in. So the bar for these parts is collision geometry that keeps the real clearance, made from non-convex or decomposed meshes that follow the part.

Parts follow ISO and industry standards where they exist, and machine tending parts such as enclosure doors and panels carry their joints and interlocks.

A glimpse of the catalog

This is a glimpse. The full catalog goes further.

We show a sample of each category here. Leave your details and we will email you the full catalog, with every asset, variant and format we deliver.

Physics model

Rigid body
A body with mass, center of mass, inertia and a collision mesh, plus friction and restitution.
Articulated
Rigid links joined by revolute, prismatic or helical joints, with limits, damping and springs where the real object has them.

Not in the catalog? We build any object to order, with the same physics and delivery.
