Deformable packaging assets: polybags, mailers and pouches

Soft packaging is where warehouse picking still fails most: wrinkled film, glare, and contents that shift when the bag is lifted. Our packaging assets are thin shells built to the dimensions of real bags and mailers, with the items inside modeled as their own bodies.

A polybag with a shirt inside sags differently from one with a box of screws. So every asset here pairs the film with its contents: soft fill, rigid parts or granular product. Film looks ship with matte, glossy and clear variants for camera work.

Physics model

Thin shell
A thin surface with in-plane and bending stiffness, sealed or open, with contents modeled inside. Used for film, bags, cans and paper.
Cloth
A triangle surface with stretch, shear and bending stiffness and a thickness. Used for towels, sheets and garments.
Rigid body
A body with mass, center of mass, inertia and a collision mesh, plus friction and restitution.
FEM soft body
A tetrahedral volume solved with the finite element method, with the visible surface carried by it. Used for foam, rubber and soft food.
Elastic rod
A centerline curve with a radius, and stiffness in bending, twisting and stretching. Used for cables, wires, hoses and ropes.
MPM particles
Particles solved with the material point method, for granular fills and materials that flow and keep a new shape.
